國際知名學者“齊魯訪學駐研計劃” 2026年度國際駐研學者招募公告

為深入貫徹落實習近平主席提出的全球文明倡議，推動構建人類命運共同體，山東省擬于2026年繼續推動實施國際知名學者“齊魯訪學駐研計劃”。該項目由尼山世界儒學中心、孔子研究院、山東大學共同組織實施。立足山東儒家文化資源富集優勢，聚焦古典文明的傳承發展、交流互鑒等研究方向，邀請國際知名學者來魯駐研，以此深化與國內外高校和智庫的學術合作，聚力搭建高水平國際學術交流平臺，共同促進世界文明對話互鑒。現就學者招募事項公告如下：
一、招募條件
1.申請人應為外國國籍。
2.申請人原則上應具有博士學位和副高級以上專業技術職務，遵守學術道德，在儒學、漢學、古典學、東亞學、全球文明史、文明對話與全球治理等相關研究領域有較為深入的研究。
3.申請人年齡原則上不超過60周歲（1966年1月1日以后出生），且身體條件良好，能夠勝任駐研崗位工作。
4.申請人在華期間必須遵守中華人民共和國憲法和法律。
二、訪學駐研方向
1.儒家經典在海外的傳播、收藏與整理；
2.儒家思想在海外的歷史傳播與當代影響；
3.儒學與其他人類思想學說的比較研究；
4.中華文明與人類其他文明的比較研究；
5.西方學者視閾下的儒家文明與社會治理研究；
6.西方學術界漢學現狀與未來趨勢研究。
三、訪學駐研時間與地點
時間：分為短期、中期和長期三種類型。短期時間為1—2個月；中期時間為3—6個月；長期時間為7—12個月。
地點：中國山東曲阜 孔子研究院；中國山東濟南 山東大學；
四、訪學駐研待遇
1.本項目為國際駐研學者提供必要的學術研究與交流經費、駐研期間的住宿補助、單次往返所在國與中國的交通費等。
2.為國際駐研學者提供研究室等必要的工作條件。
五、訪學駐研內容
1.根據申報的研究方向開展科研工作，包括但不限于撰寫發表學術論文（著作）、申報科研項目等。
2.開展學術交流與研討。駐研期間在尼山世界儒學中心、孔子研究院、山東大學等科研機構及高校舉辦學術講座、研討會等學術活動。
3.駐研期間，接受尼山世界儒學中心、孔子研究院和山東大學以外的單位邀請，參加論壇、講座、學術研討會、接受訪談等活動，應在公開活動通知中，明確注明為“齊魯訪學駐研計劃訪問學者”。
六、申請材料
申請者應提交以下材料：
?。?）下載并完整填寫《“齊魯訪學駐研計劃”國際駐研學者申請表》；
?。?）個人簡歷（含學術成果清單）；
?。?）一份訪學駐研期間的研究計劃（中文不少于2000字，英文不少于3頁）。
?。?）高分辨率照片（JPEG或PNG格式）。
以上申請材料可使用中文或者英文。
七、申請時間和聯系方式
2026年度“齊魯訪學駐研計劃”申請截止日期為2025年10月31日。錄選結果將于2025年12月底前，在中國孔子網及孔子研究院和山東大學等機構網站公布。

"2026 Qilu Visiting Study and Research Residency Program "
Recruitment Announcement for Interntional Scholars
In order to implement the Global Civilization Initiative proposed by President Xi Jinping and promote the building of a community with a shared future for mankind, Shandong Province plans to continue implementing the "Qilu Visiting Study and Research Residency Research Program" for internationally - renowned scholars in 2026. This project is jointly organized and implemented by Nishan World Center for Confucian Studies, China Confucius Research Institute, and Shandong University. With rich Confucian cultural resources, Shandong province focuses on the research directions such as the inheritance, development, exchange and mutual - learning of classical civilizations. Internationally - renowned scholars are encouraged to conduct research in Shandong, so as to deepen academic cooperation with domestic and foreign universities and think - tanks, and strive to build a high - level international academic exchange platform, jointly promoting the dialogue and mutual - learning of world civilizations. The recruitment details are announced as follows:
I. Recruitment Requirements
1.The applicant should be of foreign nationality.
2.In principle, the applicant should have a doctoral degree and a professional and technical position above the associate - senior level. They should abide by academic ethics, and have in - depth research in related research fields such as Confucian studies, Sinology, classical studies, East Asian studies, global civilization history, civilization dialogue and global governance.
3.In principle, the applicant's age should not exceed 60 years old (born after January 1, 1966), and be in good health, capable of completing the work as a visiting scholar.
4.The applicant must abide by the constitution and laws of the People's Republic of China during his/her stay in China.
II. Study and Research Directions
1.The dissemination, collection and collation of Confucian classics overseas;
2.The historical dissemination and contemporary influence of Confucian thoughts overseas;
3.The comparative study of Confucianism and other human ideological theories;
4.The comparative study of Chinese civilization and other human civilizations;
5.The study of Confucian civilization and social governance from the perspective of Western scholars;
6.The study of the current situation and future trends of Sinology in the Western academic community.
III. Duration and Place
?Duration: There are three types: short - term, medium - term and long - term. The short - term is 1 - 2 months; the medium - term is 3 - 6 months; the long - term is 7 - 12 months.
?Place: China Confucius Research Institute, Qufu of Jining city, Shandong pronvince, China; Shandong University, Jinan city, Shandong province, China.
IV. Salary and Benefits for Visiting Scholars
1.This project provides international visiting scholars with necessary academic research and exchange funds, accommodation subsidies during the research residency period, and direct round - trip transportation expenses between their home country and China.
2.International visiting scholars are provided with necessary working conditions such as offices
V. Responsiblities of the Visiting Scholars
1.To carry out scientific research work following the declared research direction, including but not limited to writing and publishing academic papers (works), applying for scientific research projects, etc.
2.To carry out academic exchanges and seminars during the visiting period, hold academic lectures, seminars and other academic activities in scientific research institutions and universities such as Nishan World Center for Confucian Studies, China Confucius Research Institute, and Shandong University,etc.
3.To participate in forums, lectures, academic seminars, interviews and other activities on invitation of other organizations besides Nishan Forum on World Civilizations, China Confucius Research Institute.On any occasion of publicity and advertising , it should be clearly indicated that the scholar is a visiting scholar of the "Qilu Study and Research Residency Program".
VI. Application Materials
Applicants should submit the following materials:
(1) "Application Form for International Scholars of the Qilu Visiting Study and Research Residency Program"(downloaded online);
(2)A Personal resume (including a list of academic achievements);
(3) A research plan during the visiting period (no less than 2000 words in Chinese, no less than 3 pages in English).
(4) A High - resolution photos (JPEG or PNG format).
The above - mentioned application materials can be in Chinese or English.
VII. Application Deadline and Contact Information
The application deadline for the 2026 "Qilu Visiting Study and Research Residency Program" is October 31, 2025. The recruitment results will be announced on the China Confucius Net(m.xjhjd.com,official website of NishanWorld Center for Confucian Studies) and the official websites of China Confucius Research Institute, Shandong University and other related institutions before the end of December 2025
